To put a smile on our face

It is not only about aesthetics, but also problems with chewing, biting or articulation. For this reason, implants are becoming a revolutionary solution to restore both the zest and the smile to your life. At our HAPPYDENT clinic, we are specialists in the field of implantology and offer a wide range of options for patients who have lost all of their teeth.
It is a fixed bridge that is permanently placed in your mouth. We insert screws (implants) into the bone to replace the function of the tooth root. Then we put on the abutment (washer), which is the connector between the screw and the crown. Then place a row of crowns on top. The fixed bridge is attached to 3, 4 or 6 implants depending on the need.
Implant placement is preceded by a consultation, during which we will perform an initial examination. Based on this, the implantologist will advise you on what type of implants are suitable for your teeth.
1. Initial consultation and diagnosis
During the first session, we will take X-ray images and a create a 3D model of your teeth. Then, we'll devise a preliminary treatment plan and review the tooth reconstruction procedure together.
2. Surgical implantation
During your second visit to our office, we will place your implants. Everything will be done using local anesthesia to make you as comfortable as possible. We will drill screws (implants) into your jaw to replace the function of the tooth root. We then insert an abutment and a temporary bridge. You will wear this bridge for approximately 3 months.
3. Placement of the final crowns
At your last appointment, we will exchange your temporary crowns for permanent, fixed teeth. And your new smile is ready.

These are two fundamentally different approaches designed for distinct clinical situations. Confusion often arises because both methods utilize implants. However, their purpose, design, and indications are completely different.
Single Implant — What It Is
This is a replacement for a single missing tooth. A titanium implant post is screwed into the bone tissue, and a crown is fixed on top of it. It looks and functions just like a natural tooth, leaves adjacent teeth untouched, and permanently preserves the bone volume in that specific area.
Best suited when: 1–3 teeth are missing, and the rest of the dentition is preserved. Each missing tooth requires an individual implant.
All-on-4 / All-on-6 — What It Is
This is a solution for total or near-total tooth loss (edentulism) in a single jaw. A fixed bridge replacing 12–14 teeth is secured onto just 4 or 6 implants.
A temporary bridge in All-on cases is frequently loaded within 24–72 hours after surgery.
Key Differences
How to Choose Between Them
If you are missing one or a few teeth while the rest of your dentition is healthy, a single implant is the optimal choice. If most or all teeth are missing, the All-on system restores full function and aesthetics without the need for a removable denture.
Important nuance: In cases of severe bone resorption or atrophy, a single implant may require a preliminary bone graft before placement. Thanks to tilted implants, All-on-4 often allows the specialist to bypass these compromised bone areas completely.
Our commitment to regular professional training and investment in new technologies ensures that we provide modern procedures and equipment at the highest level.
