It is a fixed bridge that is permanently placed in your mouth. We insert screws (implants) into the bone to replace the function of the tooth root. Then we put on the abutment (washer), which is the connector between the screw and the crown. Then place a row of crowns on top. The fixed bridge is attached to 3, 4 or 6 implants depending on the need.

Methods of introducing implants, which we do in our clinic

• All on 3 - this type of bridge is used only for the lower row of teeth. The implant is inserted in 3 places in the jaw.
• All on 4 - the implant will be placed in 4 places, which means that we will insert two screws (implants) to the distal and two screws to the frontal area of your jaw, so that the new bridge will have stability and a fixed fixation.
• All on 6 - the implant will be placed in 6 places, 2 implant to frontal and 4 to distal area. These are the strongest implants, and at the same time the load on the teeth is evenly distributed. This bridge is suitable for patients who suffer from bone loss (atrophy).
• Basel complex - the method of basal implantation can be used in acute bone loss (acute atrophy), in neglected cases of periodontitis and periodontitis (gum disease). In this case, 8 - 12 screws are used for fixing.

Implant placement is preceded by a consultation, during which we will perform an initial examination. Based on this, the implantologist will advise you on what type of implants are suitable for your teeth.

Advantages of fixed implants over conventional removable prostheses:

• the strength and stability of the implants, which prevents food debris from getting under your fixed bridge,

A dental implant consists of three parts:

• screw - replaces the tooth root. It is inserted into the jawbone and represents the base of the tooth, on which other parts are inserted.
• abutment - connects the screw and the crown. It acts as a platform for the crown.
• crown - it is the upper part of the tooth that is visible. The color and shape of the crown is chosen by the patient together with the dentist.
