• Surgical tooth extraction
  This is a procedure that is performed when the tooth cannot be removed in the usual way and surgical intervention is required. It can be performed in various situations, such as problems with wisdom teeth, severe damage, improper growth of teeth, and others.
• Resection of the root tip
  This surgical procedure is performed to remove infected or inflamed tissues around the root of the tooth. It is performed when standard endodontic treatment (root canal treatment) is not sufficient to completely eradicate the infection. Resection of the root tip is often necessary in chronic infections, abscesses, or in cases where the infection returns repeatedly. It is a specific surgical approach that can save the tooth from extraction and minimize the risk of further complications.
• Sinus lift
  With the help of this surgical procedure, the volume of the bone in the upper jaw is increased. It is performed on patients who are waiting for dental implants, but do not have enough bone for their placement. A granulate is inserted into the extraction site, which serves as a base for the subsequent insertion of implants.
• Bone augmentation
  It is performed to reinforce or restore the bone in the area where the dental implant is to be placed. It becomes necessary when the amount of bone is insufficient to support the implant. This can be caused by, for example, tooth loss, periodontitis or natural age-related bone loss.
